I found that is the only airline that offers direct flights. These depart on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays only.
Direct flights are still fairly rare for this route so you may have to take an indirect flight that stops over on another island.
LIAT offers indirect flights but they have short stopovers so could be a viable option.
You can also get an indirect flight with InterCaribbean but their flights regularly take over 4 hours due to long stopovers so I’d avoid this if you can.
British Airways

The catch here is that they only offer one flight each way per week so options are pretty limited.

Grenada is very close to St Lucia and distance between Grenada and St Lucia is 213 km (132 miles). This takes just 50 minutes by plane.
Both islands are part of the Windward Islands which are the southern islands of the Lesser Antilles in the Caribbean.
Based on this it’s pretty odd that there’s not more direct transport options between the two islands but my guess is that there just isn’t enough demand.
