Here, you can swim, float, or simply chill on the limestone rocks as fish glide through the clear water.
It’s open to the public for a small fee, and you can even grab a drink afterward at the nearby bar called the Dark Skies Tavern.
2. Old Baldy
If you’re up for a bit of a climb, Old Baldy is totally worth the 218 steps to the top.
This steep limestone hill sits right in Wimberley and offers one of the best views in the Hill Country.
From the summit, you can see rolling hills, endless treetops, and rooftops scattered across the valley like little LEGO bricks.
